HomeZada had an app that allowed homeowners to track possessions and valuables, keep up with routine maintenance, and manage projects. When they approached our team, they were looking to expand their purview to another step of the homeowning life cycle: managing the sale of a home. The goal was to use the existing app to allow homeowners to list their house and include tons of helpful information to prospective buyers, a unique value that other listings can’t always provide.
We set to work on Zada Listings, which includes data and photos of rooms, documentation on the property, and even remodel and maintenance timelines — information we’d all love to know before considering a house. Once the style guide was established, we applied the visual themes to the homepage and other marketing pages. Thanks to the flexibility of its visual langauge, the app’s design will easily scale as the app develops.
